Is it God-Made or Man-Made Divide?

In discussions of socio-economic disparity and injustice, sometimes the privileged people argu that its God created divide!! Well, I don't disagree with the fact that God has created some disparities to test us but I believe that

Devastating Floods and Systemic Nepotism

Unfortunately again we are witnessing the devastating floods wrecking the infrastructure and claiming the precious lives of the Commoners! A number of factors could be attributed for it (religious, social, economic, etc) and those all may have played major/minor role in it. But IMHO the core reason of all this is Nepotism which translates into sheer incompetence.
